Our garments are produced in India by a GOTS certified manufacturer.

GOTS is a standard for eco friendly produced garments. It regulates the usage of harmful chemicals and ensures that organic cotton is cultivated under clearly defined ecological requirements.

Fair Trade is an international organization that administrates the correspondent trademark.  The seal guarantess the payment of minimum prices to farmers and ensures traceability of the complete supply chain for end consumers.

Fair Wear Foundation is a multi level organization that works on the improvement of labour conditions. It refers to companies, that make readymade garments out of raw materials and is based on the social criteria of the ILO ( International Labour Organisation ).

We completely exchange garments with obvious production errors.Reclamations can only be accepted for unprinted apparel, within 7 working days from the day of delivery.

Basically we have no minimums, but we consider environmental and logistical aspects. Inside Europe we ship with DPD which takes 1-5 working days, depending on destination.

Our shirts are packed in a resealable PVC free polybag. We also offer different packaging solutions, based on your needs.

We only use certified, eco friendly materials for our garments. Different than our competitors Brandless will never use
conventional cotton or synthetic fibers, only recycled synthetic fibers are considered to be used.
